Out of state scammers Diesel direct of Strongsville Ohio claims they will do all they can to help get a vehicle for you if you live fairly far or even out of state. They "s Diesel direct of Strongsville Ohio claims they will do all they can to help get a vehicle for you if you live fairly far or even out of state. They "specialize" in out of state sales. Although this is true... it is their scam. Being out of state (MI) I asked alot of questions. Most people should be able to trust their salesmen. But NOT (Jim Zabielski) he was a total liar and falsely advertised a truck we purchased. I specifically asked if the truck had any body rust and he told me no. Because who wants to spend 33k on a 2012 truck with rust everywhere on the body. I asked about the tires. He said they had lots of life left on them. When the truck was delivered to me (when i wasnt home intentionally) it had rust spots all over that was just painted over by them. Doors, tailgate, hood, entire underbody had rust. The seals on all 4 windows are destroyed. The tires are bald. Thats just a couple of the many lies. After Jim spent days playing childish games by hanging up on me a few times I contacted his sales manager Rick Shuba. He led me to believe he was going to help solve some of the issues with the truck that was falsely portrayed but he made excuse after excuse for the delays as to why they haven't come to pick it back up. Then they stopped responding to messages and will not return phone calls. I've tried everything to solve this without a lawyer but that is now my next move. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A TRUCK FROM HERE. It is a shady dealership and not the dealership you should find affiliated with a new car dealership. Do not trust them. More

JUST AWESOME Well Jeremy was awesome he was not pushy but very helpful!!!! Took his time with me and answered any questions I had. New to me Dodge Diesel I was very impressed with Diesel Direct. Jeremy was our salesperson and he was a huge help being almost 275 miles away. The truck looked great in pers I was very impressed with Diesel Direct. Jeremy was our salesperson and he was a huge help being almost 275 miles away. The truck looked great in person and actually the passenger side window was cracked and Jeremy put it in writing that Diesel Direct would cover the window once we got back in Indy. Also, one of the batteries were dead and they installed a new while we were finishing up paperwork. I would highly recommend anybody to buy from Diesel Direct. it was worth the almost 275 mile drive.
