Were supposed to repair two scratched wheels while doing routine service but the service department failed to notify the company that repairs the wheels. Making matters worse, they arranged for that company routine service but the service department failed to notify the company that repairs the wheels. Making matters worse, they arranged for that company to call me to set up a repair. They did - then that company stood me up again. I won't buy another Alpha after this kind of service. BMW service puts this to shame. More

Inspection that came with service was minimal, if it happened at all, and whoever worked on my car missed major problems with my brakes and tires. Front desk clerk pointed out possible problems after I happened at all, and whoever worked on my car missed major problems with my brakes and tires. Front desk clerk pointed out possible problems after I had already paid and left the service counter, based on his own cursory look. I get the feeling that the "inspection" included in regular service isn't much of an inspection. I took my car elsewhere to have my brake pads, rotors and tires replaced. More
