Carl is my favorite person. When I call for help on my car he does his best to get it in as soon as he can. I never have a problem explaining what I think is wrong with my car. I drive past another FIAT dealer to get here- I wouldn't trust my 500 Abarth (nor my previous 500 Sport) to anyone else ... they know their FIATs.
