Was promised by salesman that if we bought the car that day we would get the free gap and oil changes for life until car is paid off. There was no owners manual in car. Payments are too high. Will go buy my new truck next year at an other dealer. Not happy at all. Hopefully the service department will be more fair and honor the services that we paid for. Too many hidden phrases. Wasn't told that I had to pay for EVTS every year. Too many add-on added to the price. Gap, oil change, EVTS, we were told was free if we bought the car that day. After getting home we went carefully over the contract that I was being rush to sign for some reason and saw all the charges adding to the cost. We live out out of town and the dealership wants us to go pick up the plates which its been two weeks already. I told Jordan that I'll be in Odessa in the afternoon to pick up the owners manual and to have it ready cause I had errands to run and didn't want to wait long like we did buying the car. He told me no worries, had it in his desk. An other lie again. I had to wait about 30 minutes at his desk for him to go get it. Rediculous. Hoping they can mail me the plates as he promised. More

Basic service, warranty and recall work Service rep was helpful and knowledgeable, Unfortunately due to the websites broken scheduling service, my family wound up waiting from 1000-1630. Ser Service rep was helpful and knowledgeable, Unfortunately due to the websites broken scheduling service, my family wound up waiting from 1000-1630. Services rendered were up to expectations, warranty work was applied even though it very well could have been overlooked. Unfortunately not all the service work I requested and required was done. My transmission needed inspected and due to only having one transmission specialist, that would have been a week before it could be looked at. I also came to find that my fuel filter % had not been reset, to which I checked my invoice and found that it was not listed as having been replaced. All that being said, this dealerships service center is a good place to take your Dodge or Ram vehicle for rapairs. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Fortunately, they do have the customers best interest in mind, instead of so many other places focused on the bottom dollar. More
