I am in Jeep Service Department H*ll I am being kind giving this dealer one star. The service department sucks. My Jeep has been in their repair shop for warranty transmission service f I am being kind giving this dealer one star. The service department sucks. My Jeep has been in their repair shop for warranty transmission service for over a month. They will NOT return phone calls. I finally complained to Jeep and they assigned a client service representative to help me. Her calls are being ignored or when they do call her, they lie. She was told my Jeep would be ready on Friday then it would be ready on Tuesday. It still is not ready. Her manager is now involved and the dealership will not return her calls. It is March 1 and I have been without my vehicle for 31 days. Bring your car here and it will fall into a black hole. Remember, you have been warned. By the way, my Jeep is 34 months old and has 20,000 miles on it. More

Service Department is the worst.... Sales is not an issue with this dealership. I received a recall notification, made my appt and took my vehicle in on Friday at 8am. In addition to the recall notification, I requested to have another issue looked at. I was told we would receive notification in 30 minutes of the drop off regarding status. No call was received. Needless to say, they had it all weekend. Today is 2pm Monday and I have spent a better part of today trying to get ahold of someone which has been useless. This has been the case each time we have had to take in a vehicle... my last resort... to drive up there. I would not recommend a dealership who's commitment to service ends once the purchase has been made. More

Yay right? Nope! After leaving several messages, after my vehicle being there for a week, I finally got to talk to a human and Jose left me on hold for over 25 mins. I called from another phone, while still on hold, and Jeremy answered. Shocking! After assuring Jeremy that my jeep was black and not white and learning that they didn't even have it under the right name, I asked what the deal was about not returning phone calls. His response, "Yea." I questioned his response and he said, "Well what do you want me to say?" How about an apology for xxxxxxx at your job as a customer service representative! I seriously have never experienced such poor customer service in my life! If I ever get my vehicle back, I will not have any future dealings with All American-ever. I strongly suggest you find another dealership for any vehicle needs. They are extremely frustrating and incompetent. I would like to say thank you to the operator who bless her heart had to deal with my ever increasing anger. More

RUN AWAY!!!! I took my 2014 jeep in for service on my list that they installed a month ago. After turning the keys over to service. They tell me the guy that insta I took my 2014 jeep in for service on my list that they installed a month ago. After turning the keys over to service. They tell me the guy that installed the lift walked off the job before it was finished. Well thats not good to hear. The next day at 8 am I started calling. I must have left 6 messages no reply. I called front dest who transferred me to sevice. I talked to jose asst 3 times. Said jose would call me. No call! After 10-15 more calls still no one would answer. At 2-3pm somewhere in that time he called said it was fixed. I said what about the the oarts that where loose. He said I didnt know about that. (If he would have called I could have told him) He said I will ask and get back with you. Well no response. Another 20-30 more calls and nothing. I said the xxxx with it. I started the drive from Pecos to the shop. Let me tell you I was pissed. It was rent a car so I could work or get mine back. I got on line looking for help because you see when I said no answer. I mean none. The front desk, Service, Managers no one would answer. I talked to instant chat 3 times. They where like ih yes someone will call you right now. Never happend. The place closes at 7pm. Most of car rentals close at 6pm. At ten min before I was to get there now its 5:30pm jose calls said its fixed. OMG!!! This place (IMO) should be shut down!!!! The worse sevice I have had in years has veen this place. My best advice run like xxxx away. I finally left a message to service manager I will never return!!!! I MEAN THEY SUCK OUT LOUD!!!!! In my opinion!!!! More
