Leased 2 cars Curtis took excellent care of me while at the dealership. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the cars. All the paperwork was ready so when my son and I came to pick the cars up it was stress free. He explained all the features on both cars and connected our devices. We were able to drive off the lot feeling confident in our new cars. I would recommend that my friends and family buy or lease there next vehicles from All American Ford and I would highly recommend they ask for Curtis. He is truly a valuable employee. More

They sold me a Precertified 2009 Infiniti that I have had several problems with, this vehicle was sold to me, and down to the seatbelt wasn’t even working correctly. I have had to go back several times, and the customer service is horrible, they do not return calls nor emails but there real quick to take your $. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and feel for any future customers they may take advantage of. They say the best compliment you can give a business is a referral and I wouldn’t even refer my worst enemy to this dealership. Run the other way! More

Confident I got a good deal I've been to a number of new car dealerships in the past - whether it was Mahwah Ford, Ramsey Jeep, etc. and I don't mean to bad mouth any other deal I've been to a number of new car dealerships in the past - whether it was Mahwah Ford, Ramsey Jeep, etc. and I don't mean to bad mouth any other dealership, but I will say that I felt like these three guys at All American Ford in Paramus - Joe Green, Nelson, and Dominic went out of their way to try and get me the best price.. Other dealerships always had me feeling like the salesmen were just talking to me to see how deep my pockets were and how much money they could make off of me. Not here. I felt confident that what I was signing was a good deal. And when I checked the internet on "What Others Are Paying", my intuitions were correct. I got a heck of a deal. And all the while Joe Green took the time to show me every single detail about the pickup truck i was interested in. Don't believe those old lines that Japanese cars are better than American cars. Because these new line of Fords are great! Couldn't be happier. More

Told here i would be there about 6:30 - 7:00 pm that same evening. this happened at 11 am. Then called her at 2pm left a message I would be there earlier at 5pm. She never called me back. Picked up my wife and Son who is an ASE certified Tech. went down to the dealership which is 50 miles from my home. Never even met "Annette" another woman introduces herself and proceeds to tell me the vehicle is no longer there and would I be interested in something else.........The old bait and switch......I am outraged over this behavior and I am going to complain to every organization that I can possibly think of. You people should be ashamed of yourselves to be treating people this way..... More
