My overall experience here was great. I'm a first time buyer and even though I was not approved for the car I wanted they rushed into work to get me into the second car I wanted. They were extremely frien buyer and even though I was not approved for the car I wanted they rushed into work to get me into the second car I wanted. They were extremely friendly, very comfortable atmosphere, and didn't push me into something I didn't want to do unlike other dealers. My salesman made sure the car was clean just for my satisfaction even though he looked exhausted because it was late. Overall my experience there was great and I highly recommend others to go here if your looking for a new car. Just ask for Billy, he will take care of you. More

I was looking for an Explorer with specific model and color in mind, I met Nelson Minier the sales manger first, the dealership was very busy since it was on a friday afternoon, i was offered drinks and color in mind, I met Nelson Minier the sales manger first, the dealership was very busy since it was on a friday afternoon, i was offered drinks and shown to a lounge. I was able to stop another Sales Consultant Boris Valencia, and he was nice enough to get me a brochure while he was running around. Then i was introduced to Billy Frangipane my sales consultant, he listened to what i was interested in, and took me for a test drive right away. Billy was extremely knowledgable and knew everything about the Explorer. He was very patient and never pressured me, and he didn't try to push another color on me (like what happened at another dealership i was in who was only interested in selling what was in their inventory). Nelson located what i was interested in, unfortuntatly i was looking for a 2012 model but couldn't locate my color (since the 2013 models were already coming out), so we made a deal on a 2013. Better for me :). Next i met the finance manager Alex Smithlin, this guy is something, while doing the paperwork, asking and answering all my questions, he was able to finish up in just a few minutes. I feel that Billy, Nelson and Alex are such a great team, they work so well with eachother, for such a busy dealership i was able to get my individual attention and work one on one. I am missing one person from this list, but thank you for going over the truck and teaching me about SYNC and setting it all up for me. From walking in the showroom and walking out with a new Explorer the experience was very relaxing and it took less than 2hrs to drive home in the new suv i was looking for.
