Overall Excelence I found All American Ford thru TruCar in late December. My first contact was with Osi Esquea in Internet Sales.I was interested in an Explorer Limite I found All American Ford thru TruCar in late December. My first contact was with Osi Esquea in Internet Sales.I was interested in an Explorer Limited. She handled my request professionally and responded to my inquiry quickly. She was able to get me a quote that was acceptable. I was in the process of settling a claim for a total loss on my previous car and could not act immediately. When my claim was settled last week, I contacted Osi to move forward with the process but by that time the incentive program that was used to calculate the payment had expired and the new payment was above the number I was comfortable with. That's when TJ came into the picture and saved the deal. He suggested that I consider an Explorer Sport since there were incentives for that. He worked diligently to find a car that would satisfy my requirements and after 3 or so vehicles, they found the car. Brandon was assigned as my salesperson and did an excellent job in completing the sale. He was extremely professional and I picked up my car yesterday. GREAT CAR and GREAT DEALERSHIP! More

Vito arranged an appointment based on my preferences (he listened!) with Rudy Porter--who was well beyond my expectations in terms of product knowledge of the vehicle. In addition, he is a straight-shooter and a genuinely nice person. My dealings with Rudy made the transaction painless from beginning to end.
