Surprised to say the least After purchasing my truck from the local dealership (south Jersey), i soon learned that "service" ended once i signed and the truck was mine. Soon after my purchase little problems started to arise. I was bringing my truck in for the same issue almost every month for the first 5 months of owning it. They were an awful dealership to work with and turned an inconvenient situation into a bad one. I stopped into All American Ford to see if i could get a simple oil change while i was up here in the area and almost right away i felt like my faith in Ford was renewed. Ken Whyte was not only professional but met me on a personal level. Maybe he sensed that i needed that after i told him about what i was dealing with but regardless, he really made a difference. He's doing exactly what he is supposed to be doing and then some. Although i regret purchasing my F150 somewhere else, my future business will be at All American Ford. It's worth the trip for many reasons. More

I was interested in a new 2014 Explorer limited last July, because of incentives, and was told, by their telemarketing sales rep that there were a few on the lot. I checked the web site in order to verify. I immediately drove down there and was told they don't have any. We're only showing '15 models. I asked about the phone rep & web inventory and was told that A) He was wrong when he said it and B) They only update the web inventory at the end of the month so it isn't accurate. I mumbled something about Bait & Switch and stormed off the lot vowing to never return. I bought a 2013 instead as a low mileage trade at another local dealership. I unfortunately did return with an appointment for a warranty service with these guys along with routine maintenance. After arrangements to drop off, skip lunch,etc, I received a call from Jason stating that they were unable to get to my repairs because they had more ex$$$tensive repairs waiting. Isn't that what appointments are made for? I asked if he can commit to another day if I rescheduled. He replied that any dealer who tells you that they can commit to a specific day is lying to you. Customer service at its finest. I've been driving Audi for years and have had dealer service at both Town & Jack Daniels. Never a problem. Still own a 2004 Explorer purchased originally from Tenafly Ford. Never a service problem. Fool me twice, shame on me. Stay away. More

Best experience at a dealership. I just bought the 2016 Ford Fusion on July 21st. I walked in with my mind set on a certain price but not sure of what vehicle I wanted. Ed introduced I just bought the 2016 Ford Fusion on July 21st. I walked in with my mind set on a certain price but not sure of what vehicle I wanted. Ed introduced himself to me, then and there I realized how educated he was about all the vehicles in the show room. He made my first experience car shopping the best experience I ever had. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to everyone I know and to work with Ed.
