His knowledge of each way I wanted to purchased helped me decided to lease and that it was my best option. He listened when I spoke even to the fact that I travel with my dogs and thought a darker interior would be better. he was a complete pleasure to have as my salesman. They even picked up our lunch tab so we could go our and think. When we did come back the paperwork was ready on his desk and car was in for prepping. Auto Service is Awful I have 2013 Lincoln mkt , i have an extra care extended 150k miles warranty , this car always makes problems , whenI go to this auto service, problem I have 2013 Lincoln mkt , i have an extra care extended 150k miles warranty , this car always makes problems , whenI go to this auto service, problems are never covered. They always say out of warranty. Last time my car which is 101K miles it has catalytic converter issue, door ajar issue and passenger side vents only blows hot air even if ac is on . Nothing is covered by extra care warranty so why I am paying for it. My friend has Cadillac, their service changed each-part which had problem except brakes and tires without any charged. Also This all American Ford Hackensack service charged me 375$ diagnostic fee, but it should be only $125. This service is really awful and they never helped customers. My car is still on service they want me to pay $375 only for saying these problems out of warranty. How can they charge me $375 for diagnosis? I'm so disappointed about service. I had a terrible experience!!! More

I originally went in to look at a 2015 Edge but decided I wanted a change. My Sales Rep, JJ Petrillo, was great in helping me make my decision. He was a very helpful and a total "Pro" through the whole lease process. He made things quick and easy and was extremely knowledgeable about the car walking me through everything. I would not hesitate go to JJ again for my next car. Thanks to him and All American Ford. More
