Auto Service is Awful I have 2013 Lincoln mkt , i have an extra care extended 150k miles warranty , this car always makes problems , whenI go to this auto service, problem I have 2013 Lincoln mkt , i have an extra care extended 150k miles warranty , this car always makes problems , whenI go to this auto service, problems are never covered. They always say out of warranty. Last time my car which is 101K miles it has catalytic converter issue, door ajar issue and passenger side vents only blows hot air even if ac is on . Nothing is covered by extra care warranty so why I am paying for it. My friend has Cadillac, their service changed each-part which had problem except brakes and tires without any charged. Also This all American Ford Hackensack service charged me 375$ diagnostic fee, but it should be only $125. This service is really awful and they never helped customers. My car is still on service they want me to pay $375 only for saying these problems out of warranty. How can they charge me $375 for diagnosis? I'm so disappointed about service. I had a terrible experience!!! More
