Manager has the car My wife and I purchased three cars from Oasis/All American Ford over the years. We went to the Old Bridge store which was not the same dealership we My wife and I purchased three cars from Oasis/All American Ford over the years. We went to the Old Bridge store which was not the same dealership we were used to. We visited the Hackensack store and told the Sales Rep. Joe Torres that we were very interested in the 2014 Ford Explorer Limited advertised on their web page. Joe could not find the car. I should have walked when his boss came out and told us the manager was driving it around as a demo. We wasted three hours on a Saturday afternoon as they attempted to get the manager to drive the car back. The manager requested that we leave a deposit and he will have the car back. I am not leaving a deposit on a car I have not seen. When we got home I looked the car up on car fax and it showed the car was at the All American Ford in Kingston New York. The car arrived in Kingston, NY on 3/19/15, we were at the store on 3/21/15. I called Joe back on 3/23/15 to see how dishonest this man was. I asked him about the Explorer I was interested in and replied, "We cannot find it." I told him where he could find the car and how he wasted three hours of our time on a Saturday, Joe said he was sorry. I purchased a 2014 CPO Ford Explorer Limited, but not from All American Ford. We will never go back. Do not waste your time with this place. More

Kenneth Whyte and Mike Saviano, "You 2 are the Best" "Trust is earned not given and it takes time, every time" Many say it, few understand it's a reality. Kenneth Whyte and Mike Saviano get it. Mr. Wh "Trust is earned not given and it takes time, every time" Many say it, few understand it's a reality. Kenneth Whyte and Mike Saviano get it. Mr. Whyte is a family man, so he understands what it's like to be on the other side of the desk. He mentioned he has been a mechanic and after conversing that comes through, so he knows what that entails as well. Mr White is a man with a very impressive work ethic, can also be described as unbelievable, but true. He is in the unique (sometimes difficult) position to have to walk a tightrope between clients, management, mechanics/technicians, the parts dept. and in my case Geico as well. Mr. Whyte is a nice guy, a regular guy, a person that has decided to treat others as he would want to be treated, imagine that, what a concept. Mike Saviano (Big Mike) is a master of his craft, a mechanic/technician of the highest caliber, patient and focused. As I understand it, he's been with the shop for more than 19 years, (6 days a week), he's another one with that impressive work ethic. Another regular guy as well, even with all that knowledge and experience, he was willing to explain to an emotionally attached, nervous consumer, "me" everything in plain English. I brought the truck in with 3 issues, 1 was a screw in the tire, the other turned out to be pretty clear cut as well, the third, well that one would take time to resolve, I had a tick in the engine. Kenneth started at the bottom wrung (oil flush and change) to try to get things back to working normally as simply and quickly as possible, the tick came back after a short time. Enter Mike, next step was to replace everything involved with getting the oil to the top of the motor, timing chain, tensioner, cam phaser, solenoid etc... at this point an adjuster from Geico asked me to give these guys permission to remove the valve covers to check for damage, OK. As it turned out, the cams were scored and major engine work was required. For the next 2-3 days Kenneth (who, by the way had other customers than me) worked out the details, Mike and Kenneth met with an adjuster for an inspection and all the options were laid out. After exhaustive negotiations between Kenneth and Geico, I was given the choice of "pay only the deductible and use a third party engine or pay the deductible and pay the difference for the Ford engine". Kenneth had worked with Mike and the parts dept. long and hard to get the difference as low as they could. Having had no issues with the current engine in 7 years and 93.5 thousand miles and all the work that Kenneth & Co. had put in to this project, I went with the Ford option. (Big) Mike Saviano, in record time, removed the failing motor and installed the replacement. Impressive to say the least, considering Mike had to almost remove the entire nose of the truck to get the new engine in and you can't tell anything was taken off. He has paid great attention to detail, not a mark on her. There is no substitute for experience. The truck is now back to normal, quiet and smooth, solid as a rock. Thank God. Many thanks to all those that I have not mentioned at All American Ford who came together for this common goal. I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to Kenneth Whyte and Mike Saviano for the impeccable way my situation has been handled and resolved, Thanks guys, you are both limited editions, amazing.
