I am treated like family! I have absolutely no reservations about asking for anything when I go in for service and speak to first, Ken Whyte. He explains everything that needs to be done and answers any questions promptly and with respect. Every supportive personnel in the service department is just as kind and helpful. I feel like a family member visiting whenever I go in for service for my beautiful 2013 Ford Taurus, Kodiak brown with the Dune Interior that Rudy Porter sold me almost two years ago. I have recommended this dealership to many people and will continue to do so. In the future, for my nephew and niece, I will be returning there to do my car purchasing and servicing business. More

Recently, I have been dealing with Jim Sabino and Page DaCosta who are friendly, courteous, and professional. My 2005 Explorer has been having some issues, and Page along with Jim worked with me to ensure my truck was running without any issues. These two employees have certainly made the service department in Hackensack better to do business with and I will continue servicing my truck here. More

Solid Service Dept.!Great experience from Start to Finish. I had a great experience at this Service Dept.. Rich was the Service Advisor that assisted me. It was pleasure to work with him. I took my Explorer in I had a great experience at this Service Dept.. Rich was the Service Advisor that assisted me. It was pleasure to work with him. I took my Explorer in for an oil change and to get a few things checked out. When I showed up Rich checked the vehicle in quickly and listened to all my concerns. He then went outside to the vehicle with me to take a listen to a noise I wanted to have checked. About an hour later, I was updated me on what needed to be done and estimates. Rich is a man of few words (lol) but explained EVERYTHING to me very well and thru a diagram showed me exactly what the noise was. Strut assembly needed work done, got the Fuel Delivery System Cleaning done at same time also. I was given a Loaner (Ford Edge) for duration of repairs. Work was done perfect and quickly. Had my vehicle back in 2 days and Freshly Washed (nice touch!). The staff here is amazing! Thank you, to the very Pleasant and Professional ladies that set up my loaner and took my payment.. Thank you Rich for making sure the work was done right and quickly! My Ford Explorer is RUNNING GREAT! Thank you !! More
