Ken goes over in detail what needs to be done ahead of time and then reviews what was completed in servicing the car when I pick the car up. He is very down to earth, pleasant, follows up when I have a question, goes the extra mile in trying to accommodate a customer's needs, and treats the customer like a close friend whose needs are his needs to please. He is up front and never has tried to xx me about a car problem. I hope All American Ford of Hackensack knows they have a great employee on their staff! Chuck More

Problem Solved... SEE UPDATE... When I dropped off my 2005 Explorer for the second time in 3 months to have a noise checked, I received a phone call saying three peo SEE UPDATE... When I dropped off my 2005 Explorer for the second time in 3 months to have a noise checked, I received a phone call saying three people checked and didn't hear the noise and nothing was wrong with the car. I had to drive to the dealership which is 45 min away from my house just to point out the noise! Once I went and pointed out the noise everything changed and it became a $300 repair after their "discount". The $300 repair consisted of a drive belt and belt tensioner. I looked around and the dealership's part prices are outrageous. I could have done the same exact repair for under $75 with OEM parts. I already spent $4,627.06 to have timing chains replaced which I'm being to doubt if they really needed to be replaced. The employees are nice however nice doesn't fix cars. I wish my experience was better and that I went to another Ford dealer. More
