Went to look and wound up buying I was in the market for a new car but not a Ford. Just drove by and stopped in. My salesman Eddie was polite and helpful. No pressure. I told him I was not interested in haggling. He came back with his sales manager Travis with a price I couldn't turn down so I bought the car. It was even lower than all of the Internet buying services. I wanted a different color but, because I took the one off the lot, they sweetened the deal even more. In 64 years I have bought a lot of cars but this was the easiest even the purchase process was simple with no hard selling of after purchase products. I have gotten three calls since from the dealership to see how I liked the car and to see if I had any questions. Overall, I am impressed. More

I do, however, suggest that you do you homework by going to other dealers and go to truecar.com before buying a new vehicle. At least this dealer does not try to peer pressure and force you to give a deposit, as did other dealership. Once you get the price from other dealers and True Car, go to this dealership and talk to Rudy Porter or other dealers. I guarantee you that these guys really care about your business. Also, avoid going to Bay Ridge Ford in Brooklyn because after I went to buy parts from them, since I live in Brooklyn, they were trying to tell me that I got ripped off by $1500, but in reality I found out they were just jealous that I bought a car from All American Ford of Hackensack and not them. For me Travis was the key, he delivered on the price, and customer service. He really makes AAF look good there were a few issues that occurred but Travis took charge and resolved the issues to my satisfaction. He's really an asset to AAF.... More

He replied that he was going to save me the time, trouble, and footwork, of looking any further. The rest was history. He walked me through the whole process, making everything crystal clear to me. His knowledge, and attention to details was very impressive.. I never once felt intimidated, pressured, or uninformed. The vehicle and terms were perfect for me.
