Made my life easy. I went in on a Saturday morning... mid morning... just to make an appointment for service in the coming week. I read the paper, had a cup of coffee on the house and was on my way. These guys are great every time I go. More

ford fusion first service Met by a very friendly and approachable Ken Whyte who checked me in for first oil change at 3.5k which took around 80 minutes, plenty of space in wait Met by a very friendly and approachable Ken Whyte who checked me in for first oil change at 3.5k which took around 80 minutes, plenty of space in waiting area with separate seats only area and separate lounge area with TV with big sofas, plenty of coffee available and popcorn. When picking up car I checked the oil and window wash fluid as I had advised this was empty, oil read 50% and no wash fluid, spoke to Ken who was very apologetic and called the service manager to attend who also apologized, technician checked oil which was ok 100% screen needed adjusting and filled up wash liquid. Also spoke with Jerry Forman who had leased me the car who was happy to see and old customer. Could not give 5* in view of window wash fluid not checked, sorry guys ! More
