The actual buying experience went essentially without a hitch once the agreed upon price was arrived at. We happened to use the internet service TrueCar to provide a suggested price. No hassles were encountered with the dealership as they accepted the price recommended by TrueCar and the buying and financing process easily moved forward. Our experience with the finance person, Mr. Haslam also went smoothly and without a problem. He was professional and informative and did not attempt to up-sell us needless extended warranties, etc. as this vehicle would likely leave the country at some point down the road. We were introduced to the service staff in a quick tour of the facility, a nice touch, and in keeping with the procedures of high end vehicle dealerships such as Mercedes and Lexus. Overall, the experience was a positive one and we took possession of the vehicle quickly and painlessly. Mr. Daley was exemplary in his treatment and professionalism and went the extra yard to accommodate us. I would do business again with this dealership in the future should the need arise once again.
