We arrived on a busy Saturday, late afternoon. Sebastian who we had spoken with on the phone greeted us and apologized for being so busy and said he would get someone to work with us. Anthony G, a sales ma who we had spoken with on the phone greeted us and apologized for being so busy and said he would get someone to work with us. Anthony G, a sales manager, brought us "Z" who is not normally a salesperson but would be able to help us out and he would help too. Z identified what type of car (Ford Fusion SE) we were looking for and the price range that we would be comfortable with and checked what vehicles they had in stock that met those criteria. In the mean time he got a Ford Fusion SE for us to test drive. He made us feel very comfortable and at ease. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us get a good handle on the car's features and answered all our questions. When we returned to the dealership he told us there were several cars that met our criteria and we picked one and agreed to return on Monday to finalize the sale. When we returned Monday we saw Z and Anthony G who set us up with Rudy Porter one of the regular sales people to complete the sale. When we saw "our" car we realized that it was not the color we had requested, but it was no problem to straighten that out with Rudy and Anthony G made sure that we got the car we requested. Although this extended the time required to complete the sale everyone was so helpful and pleasant that it was not a problem. We never felt pressured or rushed and there was no attempt bait and switch to a more expensive model. It was a very positive and enjoyable experience.
