All of my phone calls were answered or I received a call back in a timely manner. The follow up was excellent and each step of the buying process was followed up on to see if I was satisfied. I never felt like I was being ignored. The vehicle was prepped beautifully but left dealership without window washer nozzles working, only a single ignition key was provided and the keyless entry code was missing from the owner package in the glove box. Repair cost for nozzles: $70 at my local dealership and $75 for the extra key. I bought from out of state and the registration and plate process did not go smoothly. Overall the process was acceptable but could have been improved on by the vehicle washer nozzles being fully operational, an extra key provided and the keyless entry code in the owners package in the glove box. I would consider purchasing from this dealership again and I would recommend it to a friend but with conditions. More

I was shopping for a new car and visited several different dealership. Before going I spoke on the phone with them and in formed them of the veh. i was looking for, advised them of the options i wan different dealership. So the journey began and one after the other they were all the same you go in and they try to sell you another veh. not matching the price they told me over the phone. My last stop was All American ford in Hackensack NJ. As i was walking in, mind you a bit on the defenceive i was greeted by my sales person Jesus Marante. I told him that i spoke with Joe Fisher who was the gen. manager. To my surprise they had the veh. i was looking for inc. color and all the options we had discussed on the phone. Oh ya, one more thing the price he told me on the phone was the price i got in the dealer. Gave me good money for my trade and took the new car how. All in all it was a great buying experience.
