I was looking for a new car and I had few different brands in mind. One being the new Fusion, I went there and talked to Brian, he set up a test drive and the car was great. I wasn't looking purchase anything on the spot but he was able to get me the car, color, features and everything I wanted at the price that I couldn't say no to. Brian took care of everything in the process (updating insurance, registration, taking care of my balance on trade-in) and made the transition nice and smooth. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a new car (or used) to stop by there and ask for Brian. He'll do whatever he can to get you everything you're looking for. More

I called ahead and listed 4 vehicles from website and was told they had them. Went in and all were sold, really?? Salesman then admitted they check website not internal inventory and it takes a couple wee told they had them. Went in and all were sold, really?? I came to All American Ford in Hackensack, and Ryal in particular, off the referral of a friend. After working with him for just a day I realized that the sales experience you get with him is unlike that particular, off the referral of a friend. His genuine level of honesty and professionalism is tangible and immediately apparent. His suggestions were out of true care for my driving experience, and he was not overly pushy about any of them. A down to earth guy, he's much less a "car salesman", and more of a sales professional than most of the typical car salesman you see today. Very happy with my experience, and even happier with the purchase. Would recommend him to anyone. More
