I came down to All-American Subaru and Joe helped to answer all the questions that I brought with me. We even went for 2 test drives before I finally decided that this was the right car for me. I've never purchased a vehicle from a dealership before, so I wasn't sure what to expect and the other places that I had been to in the past few weeks were pushy and ignorant. Joe was patient with me. He answered every single question that I came up with and provided reasoning. We took the car our for an initial test drive and then as I was mulling it over, I asked if we could take it out again and he smiled and said 'Sure, let's go!' The whole process was comfortable and stress-free. Like all of the other cars that I saw in their lot, the Forester that I ended up buying was in amazing shape both cosmetically and mechanically. If you are in the market for a new or pre-owned Subaru, you can't go wrong with these guys. I am going to recommend this dealership to anyone that asks about the car of where I got it. The overall deal took a bit longer than I expected (4+ hrs), but that was mostly due to the sales manager being the only one in that day, and I had to wait for him to get to my file.
