Disrespected - Laughed at. I came in on a Saturday with my fiancé. We had been looking at cars for both of us. I walked into the showroom, a salesman asked if I needed help, I t I came in on a Saturday with my fiancé. We had been looking at cars for both of us. I walked into the showroom, a salesman asked if I needed help, I told him that we were looking for AWD vehicles for both of us, and that I would like to test drive a WRX. After being told the policy of not allowing anyone to test drive one (I do understand this type of policy) I had to "plead my case." I explained we were just at a dodge dealership and had test drove an AWD charger. The salesman chuckled and said that he had never heard of that, implying that I was lying. He kept stating "not meaning any disrepsect" - in all my life, that phrase has usually been followed with a disrespectful sentence. He even yelled across the showroom to another salesman, asking "have you heard of an AWD Charger?" At this point I stood up, walked to my car and got the booklet from Dodge. I opened it to the AWD Charger page and said "Thanks but we will be going somewhere else." He, with no hesitations, said "that's fine." Needless to say, we bought $80,000 worth of cars 2 days later on Monday night at a much better and friendlier dealership. The salesman was Jon Zois. I only knew this after calling back to inform a sales manager of the disgustingly rude treatment that I received, as Jon did not even introduce himself before he laughed at me and assumed I was not there to buy a car. Thank you Jon, for letting me know what dealership not to go to, and to make sure no one that I know goes there More

RATINGS NEVER EVER LIE! AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Found this dealership via the web, while I was researching for the 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited. They had amazing ratings, and also came up on TrueCar. Found this dealership via the web, while I was researching for the 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited. They had amazing ratings, and also came up on TrueCar.com as being able to provide a great discount (approx $1200) via obtaining the certificate for the car/packages I wanted. I was even more fortunate that they had a lot of inventory! The dealerships on Staten Island and Brooklyn had much less, and didn't have the model in the colors I wanted. They had what I was looking for, the next step was to see if they would honor the TrueCar.com price...and they did! Not to mention I showed up on their lot about 7:30 at night (an hour and a half before closing) and Joe was nice enough to stay with me and work out the deal for the car without complaint! I got a wonderful deal on the car, everyone I dealt with was patient with me ("a first-time new car buyer"), as I had MANY questions and had come loaded with lots of information I found via the web. The test-drive experience with Joe was a joy, and he allowed me to get a real feel for the car. I couldn't imagine a better experience. Review Amendment (1 week later): MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I also want to add that now after I've purchased the car, the dealership has been amazing in keeping in touch! Joe was kind enough to follow-up with me to see how I was adjusting with the car. I even received a call from their customer service dept to provide me with more info on a difficulty I was having with getting my voice messaging set-up correctly with my iphone. More

As a professional investigator I'm pretty good about being able to tell when someone is .......... on my leg and telling me it's raining. These guys and women, though, are the real thing and they are terrific. I had a slightly complicated deal because I had to get out of another lease very early and they made it simple and virtually painless. They gave me their best price (well within what Consumer Reports would consider a good price point) right off the bat without a whole lot of the usual cat and mouse game you frequently encounter at a car dealer that makes you want to go home and shower. From Tommy Klingenberg, the sales associate and Bernie Conahan, the Sales Manager to the finance manager, Mohammed, everyone was great. I returned a few days after the deal to have a remote start installed and even the service staff exceeded my expectations. The only issue I had, was recouping a refund they got from Ford Credit when they paid off my trade. More

I never purchase from the first dealer I visit, but I did my homework before I went there and they gave me a price that couldn't be beat. I walked away with a great car and a pleasurable buying experience - I really felt like a VIP. I would definitely return again. Ask for Luis next time you're there! More

Iryna was quite busy at that time and was handling another deal, so I had to wait awhile before I officially sat down with her. The wait time was quite long and I did not enjoy the wait (no one enjoys a wait). But Amanda and Iryna both came up to me a couple of times and apologized profusely for my wait. Although Iryna was focused on her first customer, she was able to pull out a car for my test drive and answer any questions that I had. Once she was finished with her current customer, she directed all attention to me and I was able to start the buying process without further delay. Iryna was very knowledge, super sweet and helpful during the whole process. Once, I agreed to purchase my vehicle, Nicole came over and handled the paperwork and financial discussion. She was super attentive and helpful, while working out my finance payments with Subaru. Amanda, Iryna and Nicole were incredible to work with. They did not give any negative impression or showed any annoyance to all of my questions and concerns, and provide me with truthful and honest answers. I highly recommend going to All-American Subaru, as they made my purchase quite easy and with very little stress. More
