Next day walked in and took 10 mins to sign paper work and we were done. All the people were so very nice and professional. The facility were clean and modern. We had a deal worked out by Thursday and I was coming in on Saturday around noon to sign the papers and pick up my truck. They had 2 plus days to get everything ready. However, we had to wait 45 minutes for the Finance person who..... had the wrong agreed to numbers not the deal we agreed to. We waited another 45 minutes to have the numbers re-run before we talked to another guy? Finance and Sales did not have their act together and to wait for an hour and a half for a transaction that should have been ready for us to sign and go was rediculous! We didnt even get asked if we wanted an extended warrenty or anything! Not real pleased with that part of the experiance! This is why people dont come back to a dealership! Ken Meddows More

From the moment i met with Brandon Pittman he did everything could to get me the car i wanted. I never felt like i was being hassled. Even though they were very busy the day i went in and i had to wait awhile since the were down a staff member i never felt like i had been forgotten about. Every single employee that walked buy checked in on us and made sure we were doing okay. I honestly cant say enough good things about the staff that we worked with and i could not be more happy with the service we received. He met us on the lot,asked what we were looking for and within 30 minutes we both reached an agreement on a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee.We had two vehicles that we were wanting to trade in,we were offered a very fair price for each and a very good price on the jeep.Paper work took a bit longer because this dealership was selling so many vehicles on the day we were there but that was OK. Everyone on the staff was very friendly. I will for sure return to this business for my future car or truck buying needs. I would rate this dealership. A++.
