He met us on the lot,asked what we were looking for and within 30 minutes we both reached an agreement on a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee.We had two vehicles that we were wanting to trade in,we were offered a very fair price for each and a very good price on the jeep.Paper work took a bit longer because this dealership was selling so many vehicles on the day we were there but that was OK. Everyone on the staff was very friendly. I will for sure return to this business for my future car or truck buying needs. I would rate this dealership. A++. My friend came in looking for a car and didn't stand well with his credit. First he started out saying all he needed was 500 dollars down then some how it turned out to be 2000 dollars down. On their website it says guarantee approval no matter what your situation is. LIE. They Got my friend all excited with driving a car and having a good selection picked out. Well when it came time for financing decisions from the bank we had to wait until Monday to find out. Patrick Casey did not even have the decency to call my friend back and tell him he couldn't help him. It's been a week and there has still been no calls or anything. So just for the simple fact he didn't have the guts to do that is completely bogus and I will never send anyone their way again after the lies he told. And to whoever the used car manager is. Telling someone to file bankruptcy to "restart" they're life fresh. Your pathetic. More

I told him what i was looking for, asked a couple of vehicle design questions and he gave all his answers without pushing me toward any type of vehicle. We then went through their inventory to see what they had available, mostly because it was storming outside. We found a Dodge Durango that had all the perks I was looking for. Then Garry made sure to account for any and all discounts that I rated. Once Gary got the paperwork drawn up, he passed it to Bill, a finance manager, to run my credit application. Bill took great care in ensuring that I got the best deal possible, and that I also understood what kind of payment I would be looking at. All in all, that kept it simple and up front. I felt as if Garry and Bill treated me like family and an actual person, and not a stack of money!
