When my car arrived I made an appointment when I'd come to pick it up. When I arrived Jay was out doing an errand. I waited for hours for him to get back when he finally did he agreed to give me window tinting. When it was time to schedule my service appointment he didn't return my emails and it was hard to reach him. I finally took my car in to get the work he wasn't there I talked to the assistant manager and he said he'd take care of everything. I picked my car up and the only thing done was the trailer hitch that was planned and nothing else I also got a surprise of yellow paint on the bottom of my car. I talked to the head sales manager Justin Akin and he denied any said agreements and told me that I put the yellow paint on my car when you can clearly see they tried cleaning it off my tire rims. This place only want your sale and that's it. I have never been treated so horribly for the amount of money I spent. Don't go here you won't be happy!! More

Sales Experience was great - Service has been a struggle The purchase of my son's Jeep Wrangler was a great experience for him. Ray was an awesome Sales Consultant. There was a few marks on the bumper that The purchase of my son's Jeep Wrangler was a great experience for him. Ray was an awesome Sales Consultant. There was a few marks on the bumper that was noticed at the time of purchase, we were told to bring it back in for repair. Took it in, we had to jump through hoops to get it done. The term "to see if it's covered" kept being used, after many discussions with several people the bumper was repaired. The top was (still is) leaking. Stopped by the service department to schedule an appointment. They didn't have anything until the next week. Not a problem. Drop the Jeep off, we receive a call asking why the Jeep was there. They didn't have a record of the appointment! And their guy that fixes the leaks it in on Wednesday & Thursdays. They call later that day and say they it was fixed. It's a known issue (so why wasn't it taken care of at the time of purchase if this is a known issue). I get in the Jeep this morning, as soon as it moves water is running in, let's hope this experience is better. More
