Employee taking truck home The reason for only 3 stars is because of my vehicle being taken home without my knowledge or permission. I found out late in the evening on a Friday The reason for only 3 stars is because of my vehicle being taken home without my knowledge or permission. I found out late in the evening on a Friday night that my new 2019 truck was about 50 miles from where it was supposed to be. I couldn’t speak with anyone because it was 11:50pm. I then go to the shop at 7:30am Saturday morning and ask about my truck and was told it wasn’t there because the mechanic took it home to drive and make sure the lifter repair was good. I then told the service tech to tell this mechanic to get my truck back up here to the shop with my truck. I was then informed the mechanic was off this Saturday and wouldn’t return until Monday. Well long story short I was furious because the tech was nonchalant about someone taking my truck home and putting those miles on my new truck.
