On the way home today I found the my driver side mirror was coming loose, I took it to Allen chevy to fix it, quick fix no biggie. Immediately they told me I hit something, which I didn't, then z mechanic looked at it , said nothing to me and then the customer service rep told me that the studs were broke and it would cost me $650 to replace it. I said you are kidding me and left. I came home looked at thr mirror myself and seen that it was only 2 loose bolts, 1 minute fix. I am disgusted . More

Had a sensor problem that kept popping up but never showed up on their diagnostics and they wouldn’t fix it unless it did and I had to pay for it and then a week later on my trip to Tenn. it happened a showed up on their diagnostics and they wouldn’t fix it unless it did and I had to pay for it and then a week later on my trip to Tenn. it happened again and caused my engine to slow down and I had to get off the highway. It’s like they didn’t believe me even though I had a printout from autozone with the problem and the Zus device in.my car that’s plugged in showed the exact same problem. This car has a P2138 sensor problem that GM acknowledges online but then I have the problem and it never got fixed no happy at all. More
