I will never return to Allen for sales or service. Too many chances given and bad experiences. Lying sales man, rude service manager. My Chevy Trax was a lease and having burning/melting smell when using the heat, so strong you have to roll down the windows. service department told me winter would soon be done and then I wouldn't smell it anymore! Not helpful! Also the man I believe runs the oil change is rude and as a woman I feel acts like I'm incompetent. Mark Williams was great but everyone else I have worked with has been rude, not helpful, and definitely in no way making me want to return or recommend to anyone! Very disappointing. More
