Have been using Allen for many years, the place just isn’t the same anymore. Place doesn’t have a diesel mechanic, which I found out after purchasing a $75,000.00 truck and extended service contract. Ma isn’t the same anymore. Place doesn’t have a diesel mechanic, which I found out after purchasing a $75,000.00 truck and extended service contract. Made two trips to get the oil changed and tires rotated along with a 15000 mile check up, then all they did was tire rotation and oil change, said to reschedule if I wanted the 15000 mile check up items. I also get a million coupons in the mail for discounts on service and the lady tells me diesels don’t qualify for the discounts. Not a good experience this time around. More
