On leavinģ dealership with my new car, i noticed a stone chip in windshield. I also only have 24% oil life and diagnostics show tires underinflated.. car has 5,700 miles on it. At the start meaning the first few days they had the car they were great as far as communication after that it dissipated, meaning touch and go and because of a part they couldn't even give us an estimate they were great as far as communication after that it dissipated, meaning touch and go and because of a part they couldn't even give us an estimate of when a part would be in and round about how long after the part would the car be ready, nothing. Then I was finally told after I called that it was ready, total was $800 something. Go to pick it up and the price went to $941. Pretty pissed you had my car for over a month . No rental was offered or even an effort made, im disabled and I have a family of 4 so something would have been nice. More

A new Trax and it had a defective battery. It went dead however the new battery was put in the car and under warranty so no charge. I am extremely pleased with Allen Chevrolet/Cadillac sales and service. We wanted a new SUV and virtually looked at all the traditional brands and settled on the Cadillac XT5 as vehicle of choice. Allen had exactly year, color, options and price point we were looking for. Slightly used and certified. The sales, financing and service was so good that within a few months we went back and bought a summer fun car. We feel like we are family whenever we communicate with the staff at Allen. We also want another car and will undoubtedly got back to our sales representative (Randy) for help. More
