Elizabeth met us in the parking lot almost immediately upon arrival and even in very uncomfortable heat, showed us the vehicles we were interested in seeing and answered all our questions. She subsequently came in on her day off to meet us again even though we were unable to complete a sale that day. I have never had such an easy experience purchasing a car. She was very personable, no pressure and, I believe the type of person who could deal with anyone at their personal and economic level. Wonderful experience! More
