The Service Advisers, Aaron Gumpert and Doyle Horton epitomize customer care and professionalism. They are knowledgeable, empathetic and work to keep their customer's trust . They provide sound maintenance advice and don't press to sell. They always take the time to explain the work being done and are forthcoming about maintenance/service work I should consider based on my vehicle and my driving habits. I also had the privilege to meet a new member of the Allen Turner Team... DJ Padilla. A real down to earth guy that gave me a renewed faith of dealership sales. DJ ran the trade in value of my present truck, showed me what he had in inventory and gave me a really enticing deal on a new truck. I will continue getting my truck serviced and make my next truck purchase from Allen Turner Chevrolet. More
