Had to look, because of Employee Pricing Sale I had been referred to Mike Hurst, and Allen Turner Chevrolet. When I called for him, on Friday, I found out he was out sick, I explained I had a gene I had been referred to Mike Hurst, and Allen Turner Chevrolet. When I called for him, on Friday, I found out he was out sick, I explained I had a general question, was the truck still there, they put Dallas on the phone, I told him that I was going to deal with Mike Hurst and just wanted to know if the truck was still there. Imagine my suprise, when I found out, that Dallas, had entered the "log" that I had spoke with him and I was coming (Saturday) to buy a truck from him., and the fact that he was pushing his way into a split commission. This UPSET us very much. I made it Abundantly clear to receptionist and Dallas, that I was going to deal with Mike. I would like to make a note, that no ONE told Mike I had called or taken my information to give to him. Mike was such a good person and great salesman, he tried to cover this up, but we saw it wrote in Red across the top of the paperwork. Mike kept assuring me it was ok, and I could not leave the business without speaking to the Sales Mgr. Steve, which I did. It was hard for me to swallow, that a employee would try to take Mike's commission because he answered a general question for me. We were VERY pleased with Mike Hurst and his explanation of all the "bells and whistles" on a new truck. We did buy a 2018 Silverado LT All Star , and are very pleased with the truck, the Employee Pricing and the service, that we received, bar the "glitch". We dealt with Danny Hawkins on the financing, and he found out about the problem. Danny assured us, that the problem would be resolved. All in All, we left there very happy, with Mike and Danny, and the knowledge that the issue that we experienced would be dealt with. We would highly recommend Allen Turner Chevrolet in Crestview, FL.
