From the start Derek was someone you felt comfortable with & was a man that you could TRUST! We've all had that one salesman that sets the shady precedent for the rest of them but not this time. Derek WORKED to get my Mom into that truck on my Mom's terms. He never once pressured her into something she wasn't comfortable with but you could tell that Derek wanted her to have it just as much as she wanted it. When negotiations went a little higher, Steve Brase stepped in to help Mom get to the price she wanted/needed. Two men negotiating with two females & not once did we feel pressured.
