Great experience buying my Chevrolet Impala I stopped in after work after my wife called me about a great deal on a new Impala. Mr. Michael Hurst welcomed me and I told him of the car I was looking for. He also suggested I check out the Impala that was parked next to the one I referenced. He said my first choice was a 2017 (still "New" but not yet sold), however the one he showed me was a year newer (2018) and had many upgrades like leather interior and a much nicer Entertainment center with more amenities. The best thing is that it was only $1400.00 more than the first one . I also liked the silver color better than the white one. We took it for a test drive and when we returned I told Michael that I will buy it. He promptly started the paperwork and within minutes I knew that I would be approved for the stipulations I requested on financing. I elected to come back the next day to sign the financial paperwork and drive my new Silver Chevrolet Impala home. I love the vehicle. It rides so smoothly and has great power with it's V 6 engine, and I anticipate the gas mileage will be in the range I was hoping for. I recommend you request Mr. Michael Hurst to help you with your next car purchase. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and we appreciated his timely response to our phone calls. I apologize that I do not remember the Finance person's name that walked us through the loan paperwork. But would like to say he was very helpful and professional as well as knowledgeable. He answered our questions and helped us to add on an extended warranty to our vehicle. The Dealership " Allen Turner Chevrolet " in Crestview, Florida is a very nice classy place to go if you are looking for a new car. Used 2016 Traverse We decided to trade our Kia Sorrento, which had 170K miles on it in on another used vehicle with as few miles as possible. We had a few items we wanted in a used SUV: newer the better, 6 cylinder engine, leather seats and quad seats...and my wife wanted it Red. Our sales person was Brad Hawks. He did a super job helping us out over a couple of days. Even having a car brought in from out of town for consideration. Brad was able to get us into a 2016 Chevy Traverse with all sorts of extras on it and a super infotainment system...and it only had 15K miles on it and it was Red. We called ahead to ask about one online and they made sure it was pulled around, there was a slight rain, so we could look around.
