Poor customer service After first being told an incorrect price the evening before ($4,000 more), we went ahead and contracted for not one, but two vehicles from Allen Tur After first being told an incorrect price the evening before ($4,000 more), we went ahead and contracted for not one, but two vehicles from Allen Turner. We were able to drive one home, the other was a brand new special order. Late the next business day I get called and told I cannot have the vehicle they contracted me into. They found a replacement, only to call me 2 days later to tell me they can't get that one. After back and forth a few times, I agree they can find one with less major "perk". They find one. Call me the next day that they can get it. When asked the price difference, there isn't one. After explaining that wasn't going to work, the response was "okay". I ended up going straight to the source, I found the exact vehicle for over $3100 less. After all that, I found out that the finance dept ran my credit through SIX financial institutions. I specifically told them I know my credit score, to run it ONCE through the best APR. Will never step foot in this dealership again. More

We were met by Leigh Wilson and she proved to be excellent. The first day we were not able to find the correct "fit"...but the effort to help us have success was fantastic. Ms. Wilson then let us know of another opportunity the next day. She had done her research, worked with Steve (Sales Manager) and had the vehicle and a very fair deal that resulted in me owning a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. Well done and thank you!!
