I had purchased a new vehicle at a different dealership and had instant remorse. I began searching for a new vehicle to replace my new vehicle and found the 2018 Chevy Malibu. I entered Allen Turner Chevrolet & was introduced to John Fahey who listened to my story and allowed me to test drive the Malibu I saw online. John's knowledge of the vehicle is remarkable. He patiently walked with me to see the other colors the Malibu comes in as I was torn between a couple. I saw the white one, my white one, and the deal was done! I never felt pressured (as I did at the other dealership), I always felt like they had my best interests in mind (thank you to both John & Danny Hawkins), and I didn't feel rushed even though they were extremely busy. I am happy with my Malibu! I have and will continue to refer people to see John Fahey @ Allen Turner Chevrolet and we will be back in the future! More

The bottle was perfect; the hose was disconnected and was reattached and is working fi The technician diagnosed a "mangled and broken washer bottle". Repair shop owner was offended with your technician's comments. Your office employees at the service desk are super nice and helpful. More
