Decent service but too long of a wait Been going to this dealer since 2011 when it was Award Chevrolet. Service has gone down. Now, you have to make appointments and the past two times my Been going to this dealer since 2011 when it was Award Chevrolet. Service has gone down. Now, you have to make appointments and the past two times my car wasn't ready when promised. My appt was for 0930 and my car wasn't finished until 1pm (oil change, multi point inspection and alignment check). When this was Award Chevrolet, I waited no longer than 1.5 hours. When I arrived, there was a recommendation of several services: transmission flush, differential, power steering flush. I had just had the differential done 2 oil changes ago so I was told to disregard that. So now I'm not sure if I really need the recommended services. The quality of work is good, but be prepared to drop your car off as you'll be waiting a long time. More

Great Experience! I was in the market for a "new" used car. I wanted to down size from my Buick Enclave and also have something with better gas mileage. Liz immediately I was in the market for a "new" used car. I wanted to down size from my Buick Enclave and also have something with better gas mileage. Liz immediately greeted us as I got out of my car. She asked questions on what I was looking for, color, style, MPG, price range, etc. She showed me several on the computer to go out and look at. Malibu, Cruz, Sonata, and a Prius. The last vehicle she mentioned was the Prius and I literally almost died laughing. I use to make fun of these cars no way am I going to be driving a Prius. After looking at them all it was time to test drive. They all ran awesome the decision got harder and harder every car I drove. I was taking into consideration, price, MPG, year, size, and color of the vehicle. Finally it was time to drive the Prius. I did not have an opened mind, but thought why not I want to see what the hype is. I literally fell in-love with this car. It was absolutely perfect. Color, price, size, year, MPG. She pulled out the "WOW" factor! Needless to say I walked out of the dealership a Prius owner! 2 days later Liz calls me to see how I like the car. I've never had a salesman (well woman) ever do that. Liz is a great sales-woman. She listened to what I wanted/needed. She was patience, and kind. I even got to go get lunch and bring it back while they were doing my paperwork. Liz, and Allen Turner Chevrolet have my highest recommendations. More
