We needed a larger truck to tow our new Airstream. I try to support local businesses if the price warrants the effort. We upgraded from a Silverado 1500 LTZ to a 2500 HD LTZ. We wanted a year-end deal I try to support local businesses if the price warrants the effort. We upgraded from a Silverado 1500 LTZ to a 2500 HD LTZ. We wanted a year-end deal on a 2024. Divine intervention allowed the right truck with the right color and options to be waiting for us. I found the truck online after researching several dealerships. I called in, and Ashley set an appointment for me at Allen Turner. She called the next day of the appointment to be sure the set time was still okay. When we arrived at the dealership, the truck was waiting. Our name was on a card on the dash welcoming us, and Justin was there to greet us at the door. Wow! It was very low-key and easy to get a value on our trade, take a test drive, and secure numbers for the sale. In an hour and a half, we agreed to the price and agreed to come back and pick up the new truck the next day. The next morning, we had an appointment to sign the paperwork and pick up our new truck. It was out front spiffed up and ready to go; Justin came out to greet us, and we signed paperwork with Hunter (very helpful and thorough Finance Manager). Justin then helped me with all the electronics on the new truck. He also helped me find a good bed cover for the truck and offered to order it for me. The purchase of our new truck was a very pleasant experience. We did not feel pressured, as some car dealerships do. The dealership's goal is to treat customers like family, which aligns with how I run my business. Thanks to the Allen Turner Crestview dealership and all the unsung heroes we did not meet who got our truck ready for us. More

I purchased a used Buick from Allan Turner with about 78k miles on it. When I left the dealership and got on the interstate smoke started coming out of the back. However this car did not have a warranty. Th miles on it. When I left the dealership and got on the interstate smoke started coming out of the back. However this car did not have a warranty. The extended warranty will not pay for the new engine that it needs because they say that it is pre-existing. The engine is about 10k dollars to replace. I am disabled and can not pay 10k dollars. Allan Turner sells crap. They did not tell me that the car needed a new engine. I am sure that they drove it when they took it in on trade. Allan Turner screwed me once but never again. Congrats Allan Turner you screwed over an old disabled man. I will plaster it all over social media so others can see how you make so much money. More
