I will not be bringing my vehicles back here. I was told it would be a $179 charge to look at a piece of trim to see if it popped out of the track. Read that again….$179 diagnostic fee to LOOK at a piece of trim. That’s just where the bad experience started. They then only changed my oil and I was charged $180….for just an oil change. Just the oil alone, Mobile 1 5W30 was on my bill at $12.97 a quart. You can get 5 quarts at Walmart for 24.97. So instead of roughly $50 for 10 quarts I was charged $130. Plus all the labor and shop fees. When I asked about it they basically ignored me. The icing on the cake was when I walked out to my vehicle and it still had all the plastic wadded up on the seat and the dirty oil paper on my floor board, only to find out that they hadn’t even reset the oil due monitor on my car. At this point I’m not even sure if they actually changed the oil in my Camaro or just acted like they did and charged for it. I bought this Camaro from this dealership, and less than a year ago just bought my wife a new vehicle from this location. I hope someone who is in charge of this department actually sees this review and changes something. As of now I will not set foot back in this dealership for anything! More
Service writer Brad is Unprofessional and rude! I purchased a Brand New Suburban and it did not start. Had only 8900 miles on the his. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE rep ask a question like that? Obviously he has NO people skills! I have NEVER been treated like that and we purchase a new car every 3 years! Never from Allen Turner again you can BET ON THAT! More
Great service at a reasonable price. I was scheduled for routine oil change and they discovered a tire issue. My service adviser, Cassie, was super busy with several customers and still somehow managed to get my car completely fixed. More
