Alyssa is well informed about the vehicles she sells, she was honest about her knowledge and willing to ask management questions she didn't know. She kept us well informed during the entire process. My 80 ye was honest about her knowledge and willing to ask management questions she didn't know. She kept us well informed during the entire process. My 80 year old parents were with me, she walked slowly so they could keep up, brought test drive vehicles up close to the door, brought my granddaughter a candy bar when she said she was hungry I can't say how much these little acts ok kindness ment to us.
