Bruce Hilt is awesome!!! I had researched the vehicles I was interested in before we drove out there and Bruce let me drive both vehicles and showed me the difference between I had researched the vehicles I was interested in before we drove out there and Bruce let me drive both vehicles and showed me the difference between them and wasn’t pushy trying to put me in one vehicle versus the other or something I hadn’t even looked at lol. I ended up buying a really nice vehicle (one I went there to look at) and they worked to get the pricing where I needed it to be. Very pleased with my experience there!! More

Joey understood that and respected that. I never felt sold to once. I felt helped. I was in and out in two hours with my new ride. Couldn't be happier. This dealership isn't shady at all. xxxx, I even found my headlight was out driving home and they still fixed it for me on the house and they absolutely didn't have to on an as is vehicle. 5 stars. In addition he was very patient, allowing my wife and I to take two vehicles on extended test drives. Although we did not finance our vehicle, Mr. Fejeran was helpful explaining the various warranty options available. During our visit there was never pressured to buy anything. Everyone that helped me w This is the second time this year that I have dealt with Allen Tuner Pre- Owned, and both times I had an awesome experience. Everyone that helped me were super nice and helpful. They made me feel like they really cared about helping me find the best car for the best deal. This trip I went to the dealership with my own financing, and asked for the same person that helped me the last time (Brad), and even though he was already busy with another customer he still took the time to find someone else to help me (Paul). Paul was so awesome. He asked me exactly what I was looking for and my price range, and he was able to find me a car I never thought I'd be able to have. He and John also helped me a lot with some new financing because they could tell I was a little worried about the payments of the financing I had come in with. Everyone here definitely makes me feel like they have the customer's best interest at heart, and not like they just want to make a sale. As long as I am in the area, I will definitely be shopping at Allen Turner Hyundai. Thank you so much to Paul, Brad, and John for all of your help :) More

Amazing experience My wife was working and I was trying to get everything situated so that she could get the vehicle she wanted and still get the labor day deal. Claudio My wife was working and I was trying to get everything situated so that she could get the vehicle she wanted and still get the labor day deal. Claudio and the staff at Allen Turner was able to have everything ready so that when she was able to get off all she had to do was sign the paperwork. She was able to get in and out in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend these wonderful people, they made buying a new car an amazing experience More

Another great experience at Allen Turner Hyundai...as usual! The experience of buying a new car can be many things; stressful, intimidating and even frightful, exciting and enjoyable, interesting and educational The experience of buying a new car can be many things; stressful, intimidating and even frightful, exciting and enjoyable, interesting and educational, or just purely a business transaction. In my case, I knew what car I was looking for and what I was willing to budget. I had purchased the car I was going to trade, a 2014 Hyundai Elantra, from Allen Turner Hyundai. So I went back to discuss a possible deal with the sales associate, David Purdon, who had helped me purchase that car. I have always found all of the staff at Allen Turner Hyundai, almost without exception, to be professional, friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. This is not just a credit to each of them, but also to the leadership of Allen Turner in setting an example, a clear mission, and a role expectation for the members of his dealership to follow. While certainly some credit goes to all of the staff who provide a comfortable and professional experience, I must state that my loyalty rests mostly on the sales associate, David Purdon. Each time I come to Allen Turner Hyundai, whether for routine maintenance, warranty service, or just to bring friends and relatives to see the new showroom and check out the latest makes and models of Hyundai cars, David makes a point to say hello and to see if he can help in any way. Sometimes we talk about cars, but sometimes it’s just about football, golf, our families, travel or how we’re doing in general. So with all I’ve mentioned, would I even consider shopping for a new Hyundai anyplace else? Well…actually, yes. Because there is still that “business transaction” part that I mentioned. And being retired and on a fixed income, I still need to shop in a responsible manner. So I did find essentially the same vehicle at another Hyundai dealership, and had to at least consider giving them my business. However, when “push came to shove”, David was able to get me the exact car I wanted at a price that Allen Turner Hyundai was willing to offer and I was willing to pay. The experience was not intimidating or frightful at all; but interesting, educational, exciting and enjoyable… and I drove off the lot two days ago in my beautiful, new red Hyundai Elantra! More
