I knew I liked the used Ford on the lot and I really liked that John didn’t pretend to be a Ford expert and was honest with me about what was known (and unknown) about the truck. The transaction I proposed was a bit complicated and involved a lease end buyout. John and his manager made it EASY and secured me a finance rate that was better than my credit union. The finance lady (Charlette?) was so helpful and explained all my options. What really blew me away was the way the manager (Matt?) took care of a concern that came up after the sale. Overall the vibe was very relaxing and service oriented. It was my first car purchase in Pensacola and I’d been told that car dealers here are high pressure, but that wasn’t my experience at Allan Turner. More
