Todd came out and introduced hi We had a planned/scheduled appointment to see a specific vehicle listed in your used car inventory--2014 Lexus RX 350. Todd came out and introduced himself and asked which vehicle we had come to see (ummmm...I think he actually said something like "oh yeah, you want to see the 460" ( don't quote me on that, but I know what he said was NOT 350). Anyway, my husband and I just kind of looked at each other. I thought, UH OH. But all's well that ends well. He managed to find the right vehicle, we took it for a test drive and really liked it. My husband's price was met (I say HIS because I could've cared less about that part...I had been fixated on that interior color for awhile now.) Overall we had a great experience--no stress involved (other than the driving it home part without knowing where to find anything yet....and I made HIM drive. I drove his truck). Todd was great (we won't talk about adventures in being stuck on the bayway and having to use the "facilities" BADLY.) I would definitely recommend you to a friend. Sincerely, Kim Godwin More
