Friendly staff, a little buyers remorse. My sales associate was very nice. The manager helped work with the price of the used vehicle I bought. I took a couple of things for granted though, as I was in a rush to replace a vehicle and in a time crunch. Small things to some but I believe in attention to small details. First the keyless entry did not work, but didn't realize it until it was well past initial purchase, they did agree to pay for half, for which I am grateful. The detailing of the vehicle was poor at pick up, the windshield wipers all needed to be replaced, and there was not a full tank of gas at pick up. Again, it may seem like minor details but they are all things I pay attention to in making my decision whether or not to return. I took for granted the vehicle would've been gone through and fully functioning, bad on me I guess. Mixed feelings on whether I would return or not. More
18000 mile Service Service department was excellent ! Also took time to explain Sway Control when not to use it . Also was helpful in helping me determine that I don’t need tires. Because I have a weight distribution system I need to turn off this way control. Evidently the anti-sway control system on my truck if and Gage fight against my sway control system on my weight distribution hitch. Making for a harder tow With my travel trailer. Talk to Jim Britting about a future purchase or lease for my wife’s new vehicle. More

Somewhat Disappointing Chad, the Finance Manager was great. The worst part of my experience was finding out, after the paperwork was signed, that the salesman let us know th Chad, the Finance Manager was great. The worst part of my experience was finding out, after the paperwork was signed, that the salesman let us know that was only one key for the car. In speaking to the Parts Department, I was told that a new key would cost over $200, plus the programming fee. I asked the salesman about what kind of deal could be worked out. I was told that the previous owner would be called. If they couldn't locate the key, I would be contacted, and a deal worked out. That was two weeks ago. No contact. I've bought five cars from this dealership. Not sure if I will buy another one from them. More
