Very inconsistent with keeping to their word. Set us up with a third party to repair that would have a rental vehicle for us, but then a month later when it was time for the car’s appointment, fi Set us up with a third party to repair that would have a rental vehicle for us, but then a month later when it was time for the car’s appointment, find out Ford didn’t give them the authorization to order parts (due to a recall, Ford is paying). Fast forward, called Ford back to speak with Kaleb about giving the repair shop authorization to order the doors, etc, and he says they need more pictures, even though my husband already took the car for pictures on the Friday prior at the repair shops request. He said they needed additional pictures of the doors specifically- he offered to come to our house as a courtesy to take the pictures. He never called, never showed up. The following day I called, went to voicemail. The following Monday I called again, left a very specific voicemail. Now here we are close to 6 weeks with this recall that we were originally told could be taken care of in 1-2 weeks time. Not sure what to do at this point besides go to another Ford dealer and start the process all over again. More

DJ does an excellent job every time. They get me in quickly where other dealers will not and they their results with warranty repairs are great.
