Best auto buying experience ever!!! I came in to look at a Lexus rx 450h. First off Jason the salesman has to be the best salesman ever he was very quick to hand you the keys to any ca I came in to look at a Lexus rx 450h. First off Jason the salesman has to be the best salesman ever he was very quick to hand you the keys to any car you wanna test drive even cars you don't wanna test drive and tell you just go ahead and see how you like driving that. He is a very pleasant and much needed individual at that establishment. After returning I sat down with Shawn and he made that long time your use to spending at the dealership very quick and easy. He also feed me while I waited. I ended up purchasing the Lexus rx450h.which I had come there for. I can't say enough good things about the dealership but Jason and Shawn I will definitely come there for my next purchase. I love those guys. Was well worth my drive from Oxon Hill Maryland. More

When my husband and I arrived at the dealership we were very impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff was. Jason wasted no time getting me into the car and out for a test drive. When I returned from the drive he turned me over to Shawn the finance manager to seal the deal. Little did I know what was about to happen next, before the night was over Shawn had me approved for a late model Lexus. It never crossed my mind to get one because I didn't think I could've afforded it. I have a gorgeous car and I am very happy that I did not stay my original course. I Love MY LEXUS!! I read their reviews online and there were a few bad ones so once I called them I found out they were selling around 150 car every month and they were in business for more than 8 years, so I did some simple math and from 14,400 customer they had around 20-30 unhappy customer and believe me as a business owner myself I know that happy customer will never take the time to submit a review but unhappy customer will flood the internet with bad reviews and it is not possible to keep every customer happy, it is just not, believe me. well back to my experience, I just can't come up with anything beside business at it is finest, great crew, great price, awesome interest rate, super clean vehicle and I am extremely happy, next time I will close my eyes and buy from Alpha Motorsports again. Bad business and customer service practices I bought a car from this dealership back in Aug. 2016. I bought a 2013 Chrysler 200. When they gave me the car they weren't even sure it was financed. I bought a car from this dealership back in Aug. 2016. I bought a 2013 Chrysler 200. When they gave me the car they weren't even sure it was financed. And they gave me a key that did not match the car. The alarm would go off every time i entered the car. They promised me a remote key with the key fab and it is written in my contract but to date 11/28/2016 i still have not received the key or the money to purchase the key. The car has been paid off and they still have not honored their own contract. I have reached out to them several times and keep being told the check is in the mail. It has been in the mail for the last month. This is not good business or customer service. and on top of that i had to buy 4 brand new tires the month i bought the car because they were bad, get an alignment, replace the sway bar links, gas cap, and do something with the gas tank, cant remember what it is called. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. THEY DO NOT HAVE GOOD BUSINESS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE PRACTICES. More
