We specifically asked if it had been wrecked and they said "no, clean car fax"...after having to resign papers 2 weeks after we bought it, i found that in the stack of papers that we had signed a paper saying they had disclosed it had been wrecked. I would never buy another car from them. More

Dishonest but friendly I bought my car a few weeks ago from this dealership. The first red flag was that I paid to hold my car as I live three hours away from the dealership, but after reading some reviews online became a little nervous about their holding process so asked my sister to call and see if it was available for her to test drive. They said it was. I called back to ask them how they could tell someone else it was available if they had accepted $500 from me to hold this vehicle and was assured this was a misunderstanding and that they would not sell it out from under me. It had a clean carfax (which I verified myself) and only one previous owner. I should have looked at it much closer (it looked beautiful and clean) because after I bought it and took it to a local shop for a look over they said it had clearly been in a car accident and repainted. Apparently when fleet cars are in accidents, they usually pay cash to fix and it doesn't get reported to the CarFax. Additionally, the low price you see on the internet is only if you pay upfront, not if you finance. With all their hidden fees (and the fact that my car has been in an accident) it starts to look like less of a good deal. They also tried to push a warranty pretty hard (which I declined) and was later told by my local shop that my car is still covered for another 20,000 miles under its original warranty. All in all, they were plenty friendly but not particularly honest and I would have had a better feeling about the situation if I'd gone elsewhere. I do love my car, despite its previous accident, but I won't go there again. More
