He answered all my questions that I had about the car. I decided to finance my car and Shawn did a great job keeping me updated about it through email. As soon I got to the dealership, the car was ready for me. He gave me a nice greeting and let me check the car out. I had a problem with the one of the tires and he instantly ordered a new set of pairs. I was amazed! He let me test drive it and it was really smooth.He gave me the carfax with no hesitation. Afterwards, we talked numbers and I got the car at the price I was hoping and at the interest rate that I wanted! He explained the paper work in detail and is hands down the best experience I had with a car dealership. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family! More

Vehicle Was in Accident I took my vehicle to the Dealer to have another key made, the vehicle checked out by the Dealer, etc. They gave me a key (under Warranty) and program I took my vehicle to the Dealer to have another key made, the vehicle checked out by the Dealer, etc. They gave me a key (under Warranty) and programmed (free). Upon looking into the right rear sensor, the Dealer advised that there was body putty present as the vehicle had apparently been in an accident. I called the salesman, who referred me to Shawn, whom I talked to. I emailed Shawn. I quite trying to rectify with Alpha Motorsports. I will end up having to pay over $1000 to repair. While my initial buying experience was wonderful, my vehicle had been in an accident. The sensor is malfunctioning. I would NOT recommend Alpha Motorsports. More

2015 Lexus IS 350 F-Sport They showed me a 2015 F-Sport IS 350 AWD with a 'clean car fax' but once I mentioned to them that a third party mechanic had noticed underlying issues They showed me a 2015 F-Sport IS 350 AWD with a 'clean car fax' but once I mentioned to them that a third party mechanic had noticed underlying issues with the suspension as well as multiple panels being poorly painted which is generally the result of repairs from undocumented collisions, they had no sense of courtesy, concern, respect or customer service in rectifying the issues rather insisted on rushing me out of the dealerships in hopes no potential buyer currently in the dealership would overhear what I uncovered. Definitely do not recommend investing money and time in a dealership that will without hesitation withold the whole truth of a vehicle. More

Majority of dealers would not even consider giving out that information without one "stopping by for a test ride" first. If in a next several days I don't find better priced or newer car (from Alpha's already priced lower than average cost vehicle), I will definitely go there and make purchase. Since I started looking for a car, contacted at least 10-15 dealers. None of them came even closely to initial honesty and transparency of this dealership/salesperson. More
