I had been pricing the 2013 Buick Lacrosse for several months, and then I saw an online price at Alpha Motorsports that was pretty much the lowest I had seen with extra optional features. I decided to go to the dealership to see if the car was in good condition. When I arrived, I was pleasantly greeted by my salesman Wali. I was told they had just got the vehicle from an auction that day and it had not yet been detailed or inspected. However, when I came back again, the car was detailed and looked like a brand new car, versus a pre-owned vehicle. Wali was extremely professional, patient and did not pressure me at all, like some dealerships have done in the past. I was not initially convinced on the silver color, but Wali pointed out some key tips and I was sold and absolutely LOVE my car. Wali was very helpful and attentive to my questions and concerns. In fact, the final purchase agreement was an "as is" deal, but Wali agreed to replace the broken visor and install it as soon as it was shipped. The visor arrived a week after my purchase and Wali fulfilled his promise. Wali made my experience comfortable, smooth and easy. The BEST car buying experience I've had thus far! Thank you!!! More

They show me one with the price and my option, I decided that I will go look in other dealership to compare the deal. After visiting three different dealerships my conclusion was that my best option and the best deal was at Alpha motor sport. I then returned there and ask Mr. A.W. to find my a vehicle he find me the same one that I initially wanted to buy, this time he gave even me better deal than before. Great dealership Came here after finding a mercedes e350 with every option that I wanted. Allowed me to test drive and check out the car myself so there was no pressure of having a sales guy sit in the backseat with you trying to sell you the car. In the end my wife and I bought the car that day. Great experience with AW and the finance manager Noor. Both were very friendly and helpful as well as making you feel no pressure. I have recommended them to all my friends. Plus Noor owns an awesome kabob restaurant if you are feeling hungry after buying your car. More

Wonderful Experience! As someone who has purchased cars over the last 30 years--this was by far the most pleasant car buying experience that I have ever had. I originally As someone who has purchased cars over the last 30 years--this was by far the most pleasant car buying experience that I have ever had. I originally found the car I wanted on line and sent an email to check on it's availability. I heard back from AW immediately. I was leaving to go out of town for a week--so AW indicated he would keep me posted on the car's status. I checked in via email with AW a few times during the week and he was always very quick to respond to my questions (within 10 minutes). Once I returned back in town I headed to Alpha Motorsports to see the car. The car was exactly what they said it was and after the test drive, I decided it was exactly what I wanted too. The entire process was very efficient and I will definitely be back to buy our future vehicles. I have already told many people in my workplace about Alpha Motorsports for when they need to purchase a vehicle. AW was great for the sale and I then worked with Noor on the financing. Again, I wish all of my car buying experiences had been this wonderful. More

Perfection I was greeted by Ahmad and I told him that I am just browsing but in reality I was there for a specific car and I hate when sales person just stay an I was greeted by Ahmad and I told him that I am just browsing but in reality I was there for a specific car and I hate when sales person just stay an inch from you, anyway Ahmad gave me the key and he told me that take a look at it and once you are ready for test drive pull the car from its spot, it was a big purchase so It took me about 20 minutes to check everything and the car was in a perfect condition with remaining of balance factory. I gave them the cashier check and in a few days they overnighted the title and almost 2 weeks later I found out that the spare tire was loosing air so I called Ahmad and he told me that go to the closest Infiniti dealership and have the service advisor call us and we will pay for it. Even though I signed all the AS-IS forms and probably the spare tire was good on the day of purchase but Ahmad solved the issue in 1 minute. More
